In implementing its Corporate Social Sustainability (CSR) programs in Gresik Regency, PT Smelting is guided by four pillars, such as, Education, Economy, Environment, and Health. Through these pillars, company commits to contribute actively to improving the development in regional and national.
Each year, PT Smelting strives to create a program that gives a direct impact for local communities. These programs are designed to encourage active participation from multiple stakeholders. including local community, businesses, media, and government. Company believes that multiple sector collaboration is one of the keys to creating sustainable programs.
Through continuous efforts, on 13 November 2025, PT Smelting received an award from the Gresik Regency Government as the most committed corporate to economic and community empowerment; infrastructure repairs and environment; health; education; social and religious affairs. The award was presented directly by the Vice Regent of Gresik, dr. Asluchul Alif, to PT Smelting’s representative, Muhammad Fuad.
