Jetty and Wharf
Two kilometers jetty and 230 meters wharf are designed to handle 35,000 tons vessels with unloading capacity of 600 tons/hour. The jetty & wharf conveyor can be used for both concentrate unloading and Cl-slag loading by the reversible belt conveyor.

Laboratory
Laboratory is responsible for conducting sample analyses to support the quality inspection of raw materials and products, process control, and environmental monitoring.
To effectively carry out this responsibility, our laboratory is staffed with qualified and competent personnel and equipped with advanced analytical instruments, including ICP-OES, GF-AAS, XRF spectrometer, pH/ion meters, automatic titrator, mercury analyzer, UV-visible spectrometer, and oxygen/sulfur analyzer.
Information Technology
PT. Smelting uses an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software system as the main business system to manage its main business activities, such kind of Accounting & Finance, and Purchasing & Warehouse.
As the companion of the ERP system, PT. Smelting also uses special system “(PTS System)” to manage the business flow of raw materials (copper concentrate) from unloading process until become main product (copper cathode).
The 24 hours process monitoring of all plants are supported by Distributed Control System “(DCS System) ” that connected to PTS System.
