Internship

As part of the company's commitment to fostering a competitive Indonesian workforce, PT Smelting offers opportunities for college students and high school or vocational school students to gain workplace experience and learning. Through its Internship Program, the company provides a platform for them to apply their skills within an active, diverse, and fast-paced work environment.

Internships are conducted based on the company's business needs, with a maximum duration of two (2) months for college students and six (6) months for high school or vocational students. Applications must be submitted via PT Smelting’s official website, and there is no fee to apply. Participants are selected based on academic performance and the company's established standard criteria.

College Students

One group of two registered college students
The maximum internship period is 2 months
Internship registration is held twice a year as follows:
Internship Period: July 1^st - December 31^st
Registration: January 1^st - February 28^th
Announcement: March 31^st
Internship Period: January 1^st - June 30^th Next Year
Registration: July 1^st - October 31^st
Announcement: September 30^th
Announcements must be received via email and/or the registered phone number.
