As part of the company's commitment to fostering a competitive Indonesian workforce, it provides opportunities for college students and high school or vocational school students to gain practical experience and learning in a professional setting. The company facilitates this through its Internship Program, offering exposure to an active, diverse, and fast-paced work environment.

Internships are conducted based on the company's business needs, with a maximum duration of two (2) months for college students and six (6) months for high school or vocational students. Applications must be submitted via PT Smelting’s official website, and there is no fee to apply. Participants are selected based on academic performance and the company's established standard criteria.

College Students
  • One group of two people
  • The maximum internship period is 2 months
  • Internship registration is held twice a year as follows :
  • Internship Period: July 1st - December 31st
    Registration: January 1st - February 28th
    Announcement: March 31st
  • Internship Period: January 1st - June 30th Next Year
    Registration: July 1st - August 30th
    Announcement: September 30th
  • Announcements must be received via email and/or the registered phone number.
Outside Registration Period
Student
  • One person
  • The maximum internship period is 6 months
  • Internship registration is held twice a year as follows :
  • Internship Period: July 1st - December 31st
    Registration: January 1st - February 28th
    Announcement: March 31st
  • Internship Period: January 1st - June 30th Next Year
    Registration: July 1st - August 31st
