The ability to speak foreign languages or understand the culture of other countries is one of the soft skills that can improve the quality of manpower. To answer this challenge, PT Smelting started the Let's Learn Japanese Program ("Issho ni benkyo shimashou") which started in 2021. This activity has been carried out in 13 schools in the Jakarta, Surabaya, and Gresik areas.
