The Teaching Industry Program is one of PT Smelting's CSR Programs which aims to contribute directly to the world of vocational education in the Gresik area.  This program involves the active participation of managers and employees to share knowledge, industry experience, and work insights with Vocational High School (SMK) students on a voluntary basis. The material presented is material requested by the school, this material includes technical skills, work ethics, and an introduction to the industrial world. The output of this teaching industry program is that students who have participated in the Teaching Industry get a real picture of the world of work they will face and have knowledge about the industrial world. This program reaches five different vocational schools in Gresik Regency on a rotating basis, to ensure an equitable distribution of benefits and expand the positive impact among students.
