World Volunteer of Eco Enzyme (RDEE) is a group of assisted communities as part of the PT Smelting Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program. RDEE is a community group that focuses on organic waste management through the Eco-Enzyme process. The goal of the program is to reduce organic waste and use it to produce products that have commercial value. In accommodating RDEE's operations, PT Smelting renovated the RDEE Office, in addition to PT Smelting supported several trainings to increase capacity.

Rumah Kelola Sampah (RKS) is a community group fostered by PT Smelting that focuses on managing organic waste such as plastic waste. RKS focuses on converting plastic waste into fuel through pyrolysis systems. The fuel is used to operate garbage collection vehicles in the village.
