PT. Smelting uses an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software system as the main business system to manage its main business activities, such kind of Accounting & Finance, and Purchasing & Warehouse.

As the companion of the ERP system, PT. Smelting also uses special system (PTS System) to manage the business flow of raw materials (copper concentrate) from unloading process until become main product (copper cathode).

The 24 hours process monitoring of all plants are supported by Distributed Control System (DCS System) that connected to PTS System.
