Copper anode from Smelter is received and prepared at Anode Preparation Machine (APM).

Copper anodes together with cathode blank are charged into the electrolytic cell.

Copper cathodes are cropped from cells after 7 and 12 days life. First crop cathode weight is ± 65 kg/ sheet and second crop cathode weight is ± 105 kg/ sheet.

Copper plates are washed and stripped at Cathode Washing and Stripping Machine (CWSM).

Copper cathodes product are automatically weighed and bundled ready for shipping.

Copper cathodes are stored at cathode storage yard.
